Riding. Horse riding is available from local Kasbahs and stables. Camel rides can also be arranged.
4x4 Excursions. A car can be arranged to take guests further into the Dades valley. Visits to the spectacular Todra Gorge and Dades Gorge are highly recommended, as are longer excursions to the sand dunes of Merzouga beyond Erfoud and to Zagora on the edge of the Sahara at the end of the palm-fringed Draa Valley.
Bivouac. Trekking in the Atlas Mountains can be arranged with overnight camps. Alternately a bivouac in the Sahara allows you to enjoy the fabulous desert stars.
Bycicles can be rented per day.

Meals in local houses can be arranged to experience traditional Moroccan hospitality as well as picnics in the palmery or on a beautiful canyon overlooking the Oued (river)

Walking. Walks of every level can be undertaken in the oasis and the surrounding hills, with or without a guide. A great way to meet local people and see something of their culture and handicrafts.
Village Trips. In the hills and valleys surrounding Skoura are numerous traditional villages, often clustered round a crumbling Kasbah, that rarely see visitors. They can be accessed by foot or by car.
Markets. The Monday market in Skoura is chaotic mix of local goods and local characters.
Seasonal festivals. Numerous harvest festivals are held in the area including the Rose festival at El-Kelaa M´Gouna in May, the Almond Blossom Festival in February, and the Date Festival at Erfoud late in October.
Cooking Lessons. Learn how to do your own tagine and bake traditional Moroccan bread.

Spa treatments. Massage and spa treatments can be booked through hotels in the oasis. There may also
be the possibility of arranging for a private treatment at Dar Faracha.
